Crane Mobilization:

 70Ton Crane mobilization to the CPF Plant.

 Ensure the crane is in good working condition and all safety checks are completed.

2. Repair of Structure:

 Shut the circuit breaker for all the electrical equipment attached to the platform.

 Connect a temporary support for the tank vent.

 Detach all the cable trays from the platform.

 Carefully position the 70-ton crane around the condensate tank TK – 9201C.

 Securely anchor the structure (point 1 and 2 at the platform) using crane and remove
the bolting connection.

 Remove the top part of the platform and/with the grating and handrail and the last
section of the access ladder.

 Securely anchor the first column, cut at the points 3 and 4 and remove to the floor,
repeat the process for all damaged columns.

 Lift each new column to position and weld using SMAW process.

 Execute all the required NDEs´.

 Re-install the base platform and the last section of the access ladder.
  Install and fix the grating and the tank vent at the platform as well as all the electrical
equipment detached previously.

3. Assembly of Stairs:

 Anchor the basket containing the weld with the operator in a secure position inside the
tank.

 Securely anchor the stairs to the designated location.

 Ensure pulleys are tightened, align the stairs, and securely fasten them in place.

 Anchor the basket inside the tank, ensuring stability on the surface.

 Conduct housekeeping of the work area, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

 Safely demobilize the crane from the work area.
