MINUTES OF THE MEETING FOR THE FOR THE LIQUIDATION FOR JULY-AUGUST 2023

The meeting was called by the School Head on August 31, 2023 to discuss matters on liquidation. It
started with the presentation on the period’s budget amounting Php. 73,210 for the months of July-
August 2023. Bills for receipts for the telephone Expenses – Mobile and internet load, Fuel, Oil and
Lubricants Exp., Electricity Expenses, .Training Expenses, accountable forms , other supplies and materials
expense and other general services.
Everyone was encouraged to evaluate and ask questions or any clarifications regarding the
documents presented. Having no queries , meeting ended with the clear understanding of July-August
2023, budget was spent. Everyone’s signature was affix below to show that the process of spending the
budget was done according and documents presented were all complete.
