JOB PROFILE FOR BENCH SALES RECRUITER
Identifying Available Consultants: The primary responsibility is to identify and maintain a pool of IT
consultants who are currently on the bench, meaning they are available for new assignments.
Understanding Client Needs: Collaborating with the sales and account management teams to
understand client requirements and ensuring that the available consultants match those needs.
Marketing Consultants: Effectively marketing the available consultants to potential clients. This
involves creating and presenting consultant profiles, emphasizing their skills and experience.
Negotiation: Negotiating terms and conditions with both the consultant and the client, including
rates, contract duration, and other relevant terms.
Contract Management: Managing the paperwork and legal aspects of contracts between the
consultant, recruiting firm, and the client.
Market Research: Staying informed about industry trends, salary rates, and market demands to
better advise both consultants and clients.
Compliance: Ensuring that all interactions and contracts comply with legal and industry standards.
