Gentlemen:
Following the inspection at above date of the facility mentioned, please be advised of the ISSUES noted for your corrective measures.

ISSUES:

The contractor is used stone masonry with small size which is not according to the standard requirements.
The stones which are used are not overlapped and not properly
filled with mortar. The contractor should use bigger size of stones
to avoid creating separate vertical stone layers in the middle of the
walls.
