SPEED TIME

Analysis
● What have you notice in our activity today?
● How to measure the time and speed?
● Why do we need to use time in measuring?
● What are the things that we can usually use in measuring the time?

Abstraction
● How can your knowledge about time and speed be important in our
today's living?
● How do speed and time affect each other?
● Why is it important to use time in measuring the speed?
● Why do we need to measure the time and speed?
IV. Application

______2. The distance an object travels in one unit of time is called
acceleration.
______3. Average speed is the total distance divided by the average
distance.
______4. When the distance travelled is divided by the time it takes to
cover the distance, the resulting measurement is speed.
______5. An object is decelerating if it is gaining speed.

V. ASSESSMENT
Directions: Determine who walks the fastest among your classmates if
they are asked to walk at a distance of 2 m. Record their time and speed.
Make a distance-time graph or their motion.
