from flowers, is called honey.
It gives us energy and help in reducing seasonal allergy symptoms.

Q6. What do you mean by vegetarian and non-vegetarian habits?


Ans: Vegetarian eats all plant-based food like fruits, vegetables, etc. it does not
include chicken eggs, meat, etc. Non-vegetarian eats animals like meat, eggs,
chicken, and fish, etc.

Q7. What are known as energy rich-food?


Ans: Carbohydrates and fats are called energy rich food. Eg. nuts, mustard seeds,
butter, chapati and rice etc.

Q8. Name some plants that grow in water and that we eat.
Ans: Plants like lotus, water spinach, water chestnut, etc. are grown in water.
Parts of these plants are used as food.
