To Whom It May Concern:

This is to certify that Matias Yusay Memorial Elementary School was used as
an evacuation center and incurred no damages to school buildings, classrooms,
textbooks, etc. during the Typhoon Goring Hazard which affected the Province of
Iloilo last August 29, 2023. No teachers, school personnel, and learners were
displaced by the incident.
This certification is issued upon the request of the Department of Education –
Disaster Risk Reduction Management Services (DRRMS) – Schools Division of Iloilo.
Issued this 31st of August 2023 at Matias Yusay Memorial Elementary School,
Jebioc, Pototan, Iloilo.
