JOINT AGOO EAST-WEST BSP ENCAMPMENT

ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

May 5 – 7 was the scheduled day of the 3-day joint encampment of the Agoo East
and Agoo West Districts at San Joaquin Elementary School.

May 5, 2023 - All the boy scouts were excited to go to the campsite. On the first
day, they helped each other in building their tents. After building their tents, they put on their
Type A BSP uniform for the opening program. We accompanied the scouts on the Acquaintance
Night where they showcased their talents.

May 6, 2023 – We supervised the scouts in preparing and washing their meals. I
served as one of the facilitators during the scouts’ base activities. We also attended the
coronation night where John Mark A. Cid Jr., one of our scouts, was the Mr. BSP 2023.

May 7, 2023 – Last day of the encampment. We, together with the scouts,
attended the closing program. The Scouts got the Best in Uniform award and the cleanest camp
award. After the closing program, we supervised the scouts during the camp break up and
accompanied them in going home.
