Introduction

As time goes by, change is always there. Aside from our natural environment, we see different
kinds of buildings, houses, bridges, etc. That is because we have civil engineering, came from
the very first person who calls himself a civil engineer, John Smeaton. From his works to this
generation's works is an evolution. It shows us the improvement, the changes, and the quality
that a project must have. This thing is what our environment needs.
As a contributor in maintaining the physical and naturally built environment, civil engineers
commit themselves for a greater cause. They give satisfaction to everyone who can see their
works. They provide great outcomes not only for fame but also for the safety of everyone who
will be using it. They have the capacity to allow opportunities to come through their work.
Having these traits as a person and as a civil engineer is something that can really help not only
in our environment but also for our country and this study is important for us to have
knowledge of it.

Objectives:
