    To: All Employees

    From: HR Department

    Subject: Announcement of June 12, 2023, as a Holiday

    I am writing to inform you that the national government, led by President Andres
    Bonetiz, has declared a holiday on June 12, 2023, to celebrate our country's Independence
    Day. Therefore, JRIz Company will be closed on this day, and all employees are entitled
    to a day off with pay.

    As we know, on Independence Day, we remember the sacrifices of our national


    heroes, appreciate our country's sovereignty, instill nationalism in our citizens, and
    celebrate the culture and traditions of our people. We hope that this holiday will provide
    you with an opportunity to celebrate this historic event with your loved ones, reflect on
    our country's history, and recharge your batteries for the upcoming work week.

    Your department head will announce when work will resume, so please make sure
    you are updated. Also, please note that you must organize and complete your paperwork
    or other business before the holiday arrives.

    If you have any questions or concerns about the holiday, please do not hesitate to
    contact the HR department. We wish you a happy and safe Independence Day!
