- Land owner need to follow up with PTAG to obtain the

2.0 Planning Issues Raised on BHP Petro Station Town Planner by next
meeting
- Town planner ZMD need to provide the guidelines
checklist for submission of KM to all consultants. (KM
Approved)

- Town planner need to provide the partition hoarding with


8’ high between the petro station and neighbor land as
requested by JPBD. Partition hording shown in the layout
and submitted to MPHTJ. (KM Approved)

- Town planner need to provide the assembly point in the


KM layout as requested by Perancang MPHTJ. Assembly
point shown in the KM layout. (KM Approved)

- BHP requested to include the Pin advertising board into


the KM layout submission. (KM Approved)

- Town planner will review & redesign the layout plan for
removing the ISD from the KM layout as requested by IWK.
Town planner has move out the IWK from the KM layout
submission. (KM Approved)

- Town planner will need to prepare for re-submission of
Pindaan KM to MPHTJ for the following issues after CnS
confirmation:-
- Owner request for additional 2 petro kiosk pump.
- Relocation of present OSD location to planting area
subject to CnS confirmation with authority.
- Relocation of compact sub to planting area subject to
MnE confirmation with authority.

- A design floor plan has been provides to town planner for


KM submission purpose. Architect proposed floor plan will
be subject to further discussion on the coming consultant
review meeting with BHP and finalizing for building plan
submission.

3.0 Architecture
- Architect will need to re-consult with BOMBA on the first meeting
floor fire escape staircase on QSR area.
- Architect will need to reconfirm with town planner on the
additional roof area extended on the additional pump area
to comply with Majlis requirement.
- Architect will need to liaise with MnE to confirm the MnE
drawing on the Petro kiosk layout.

- CnS need to upgrade the drawing of U-drainage system


from 450mm to 600mm as requested by Kejuruteraan
MPHTJ. CnS has upgraded the drainage system to 600mm
from initial 450mm complied with MPHTJ’s requirement.

- CnS will need to reconfirm the tapping of sewerage system


to the neighbor commercial building with IWK due to
leveling issue. CnS has confirmed the IWK tapping level
with the authority. (Completed)

- CnS will need to confirm the access ingress road level to
ensure the radian of road complied with JKR requirement.
- CnS will need to re-consult with JPS on relocation of OSD
to planting area and redesign of the OSD size and
discharge point.
- CnS will need to liaise with BHP technical team to confirm
the Petro kiosk earthwork level prior to earthwork plan
submission to authority.

- M&E has done the pre-consult with local TNB for the
tapping of power supply to the development project.

Moving Forward Issues/Matters

- MnE will require starting draft the M& E drawing for the
BHP petro station and Drive Thru Restaurant based on
architect drawing input.
- MnE will need to reconfirm the compact sub voltage and
relocation of compact sub to planting area with authority.
- MnE will also need to reconfirm the tapping point of
power supply after the relocation of compact sub to
planting area with authority.

- Surveyor has expanded the surrounding coverage


topography & contour layout to nearest river discharge
point and the layout are ready for KM submission.
