ABSTRACT
The study aimed to explore the level of awareness of micro and small
enterprises to the adoption of e-wallet in Camarines Norte. A descriptive-
correlational method was used to analyze data collected from 120 respondents
who are Camarines Norte registered enterprises of different types, including
micro and small-sized enterprises. A survey questionnaire was distributed to
respondents who corresponded to each of the profile items with the aid of
frequency count and percentage. Even though MSEs in Camarines Norte
overcame initial operational obstacles, their knowledge of the potential
advantages of e-wallet adoption is limited, according to the research. The
adoption of e-wallets is significantly impacted by customer perception. Security
concerns and additional information requirements have been identified as

obstacles in this regard. In order to realize the prospective benefits of e-wallets,
MSEs in Camarines Norte should prioritize increasing awareness and
comprehension of them, according to the study's findings. Suggestions
encompassed the formulation of focused approaches, the implementation of
contemporary encryption technologies to enhance security, and the provision of
educational resources and guidance to overcome obstacles. An adjectival rating
and weighted mean were used to assess the level of awareness that affects e-
wallets adoption by enterprise. Based on their profiles, Analysis of Variance
(ANOVA) was utilized to determine a significant difference in the relationship
between the level of awareness of micro and smaller enterprises.
