Subject : Reply - Pest Control to be carried out - to prevent biological hazards

safe and pest-free environment for our employees and nearby tenants. We take this issue very
seriously and are committed to addressing it promptly.
In response to your concerns, we will ensure that suitable pest control measures are implemented
in all welfare facilities and site areas, in compliance with Volume 5 Site Procedure Manual,
Project Specific EHS Construction Management Plan, Dubai Municipality Code of
Constructions Safety Practice, and other local regulations. Additionally, we will engage
competent contractors to carry out the pest control measures and ensure that only qualified
personnel apply the necessary treatments using appropriate protective equipment.
We will also ensure that material safety data sheets for the chemical substances used are readily
available at the site and discussed with the workers. Furthermore, we will strictly adhere to the
guidelines regarding the storage and application of pest control products, as well as the proper
management of food waste and other waste materials on the site.
We acknowledge the importance of conducting pest control treatments twice a year for the
construction area and welfare facilities, and we will ensure that these treatments are carried out
as scheduled. Additionally, we will take the necessary steps to prevent any potential hazards
associated with pest control substances and waste accumulation on the site.
