AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made on the 19th of January 2024 between M/s. INDUSPHERE
SERVICES at C-110, NEW MOTI NAGAR, NEW DELHI 110015. on the one
part and the PACE SETTERS BUSINESS SOLUTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED,
Plot no 10-A, 1st Floor, Shivaji Marg, Najafgarh Road, Moti Nagar, New Delhi-
110015 (hereinafter called the Company) on the 2nd part. The two parties agreed
on the following terms and conditions:

1. That the Housekeeping Contractor has agreed to provide 6 persons for house
keeping at the company’s above premises on the following rates.

a) For Housekeeping Rs.14000/- lump sum per person per month (GST
Tax 18% extra).

b) For Pantry Boy Rs. 14000/- lump sum per person per month (GST
Tax 18% extra).

2. The Contractor shall ensure that they abide by the instructions issued by the
Company from time to time.

3. The Contractor shall ensure that the employees provided will not be changed
without intimation / permission from the Company.

4. The Contractor shall submit complete Bio-Data with photo and police
verification report of all the employees appointed for Housekeeping at the
Company’s premises to the Company.

5. The Contractor shall ensure that none of his employees shall possess/
consume liquor / smoke /eat pan gutkha and use any objectionable items/
intoxicants etc. while on duty at the company’s premises

6. The Contractor shall ensure that all the employees are provided uniform so
that they report to duty in Proper uniform.

7. The Contractor shall be responsible for any mis-happening to their employee

on duty or after duty.
8. The Contractor shall be responsible for any misconduct of its employees
with the company staff and for any loss/damage to the company due to the
misconduct.

9. The Contractor shall ensure that all the employees will report on duty in
time according to their respective shift time.

10. If any employee is absent, the Contractor shall provide backup for the same
and if not provided a proportionate amount will be deducted from their bill.

11. The Contractor shall submit monthly bill on the last working day of the
month for payment for the previous month, otherwise bill will not be
accepted, the payment will be released on a monthly basis on the 10th of
every month.

12. The Contract can be terminated by either of the two parties by giving a clear

one month's notice. However in case of any gross negligence on the part of

Contractor it can be terminated without assigning any reason and giving any
notice by the company authorities.

13. The contract shall come into effect from 19th day of January 2024 to 18th
day of January 2025.

In witness thereof, both the parties have signed this agreement at Delhi on the day
