Re: Excuse Letter for My Absences

Dear Mark:

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally convey my sincere apologies for
my absence on January 8, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Unfortunately, due to
unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to attend our weekly meeting that was
scheduled for that day.

I understand the importance of my presence at our weekly meeting, and I deeply regret
any inconvenience my absence may have caused. I would like to assure you that this
was an exceptional situation, and I am committed to ensuring that it does not happen
again in the future.

The reason for my absence was I rushed to the emergency room due to sudden asthma
attack. I take full responsibility for any disruption caused by my non-attendance and am
prepared to discuss any necessary follow-up actions or arrangements to make amends.

I have taken steps to ensure that my responsibilities were delegated appropriately

during my absence, and I have briefed John to handle any urgent matters on my behalf.
I am more than willing to provide any additional information or documentation that may
be required to mitigate the impact of my absence.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your
understanding. I look forward to the opportunity to make amends and continue
contributing to the success of Facebook.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Sincerely,

Jenny
