Anyway, the ceremony was last Saturday morning, at 8 o’clock, and all my family were
there: my grandmother, my parents, two of my cousins and my younger sister, Tracy. She

Hi Danny, (2) (0)
Here are some pics from our family vacation in Cuyutlán, Colima last month.

Zack.
Answer Cuyutlán is a beautiful, quiet village on the beach. We rested every day: it
was a very relaxing week!
My dad organized the trip because he investigated relaxing beach destina-
tions, and this place appeared.
There aren’t a lot of things to do in Cuyutlán, but we visited the salt museum
and a crocodile and turtle sanctuary. We also freed some turtles into the
sea. That was so cute!
I loved these vacations. We all walked on the beach every day, we rested, we
visited some interesting places and I tried some delicious local fish.
I want to come back next year!

H
i, I’m Rosanne, and I work as a publicist in a multinational advertising company. My
job is always busy, but last week was crazy. I went to Toronto on a business trip. My
manager had an important international conference and exhibition, and I went with
him. On Monday we didn’t go to the office, because we left Mexico and we flew direct to To-
ronto early in the morning. I slept most of the flight, but my manager worked on some points
for the conference.
On Tuesday morning, we woke up early and had breakfast in the hotel. After this, we went to
the conference. My manager gave an exhibition and I took important notes.
In the evening after the conference, we had dinner in the hotel and I swam in the pool. My
manager didn’t, because he slept early (he was tired after the conference).
Wednesday was a boring day: we were in the conference all day, and the session was
very boring (I slept a little during one of the seminars).
On Thursday, I woke up early and did some exercise in the gym. My manager woke up
late and he didn’t go to the conference: he took a tour of the city and saw some interest-
ing things to do, but I worked in the hotel.
Friday was our last day in the conference and the city. We both went to the closing cere-
mony of the conference, and then we had dinner in an expensive restaurant. I also bought
some souvenirs for my family. Late in the evening, we flew back to Mexico City. It was a very
busy week, and on Saturday and Sunday I didn’t go anywhere and I didn’t do anything: I
stayed in my apartment and slept and watched movies, all day! That was my crazy last week.
