Greetings from the Department of Information and Communications Technology- Region IV-A
(CALABARZON)!

The Department of Information and Communications Technology takes the lead in

transitioning LGUs towards the upgraded Integrated Business Permits and Licensing
System (iBPLS). With iBPLS, the filing, processing, payment and issuance of various permits
and clearances can now be done conveniently online.

As one of our client LGUs, we tremendously appreciate your efforts towards the improvement
of your frontline services with the adoption of Integrated Business Permits and Licensing
System (iBPLS) Software. In line with this, the DICT Region IV-A, in its undaunted pursuit
towards inclusive digital transformation leading to a one digitized competitive economy
through the iBPLS, will be conducting an online orientation on working permit module and
e-payment on February 16, 2023 at 1:30PM-4:30 PM.

In this regard, may we humbly ask your attendance together with your BPLO, City Engineer,
Municipal Treasurer and Other Business Permit and Licensing Staff to participate and attend
