will and testament.

II. I have two loving compulsory heirs my child and my wife, whose personal circumstances are as

*The Gasoline business under the business name LKK Gas Trading which was established
within my two abovementioned parcel of lots shall remain intact and not be subjected to any
form of adjudication or sale or transfer to another third person. The business shall continue
even if I am long gone, so that it will remain as my legacy for my family and relatives.

2. RESIDENTIAL HOUSE OF SANCHEZ CLAN:

*The residential house of Alva shall remain and shall not be removed/demolished, as well as

*I bequeath all my other real and personal properties not mentioned above to my two

V. I hereby designate ALVA SANCHEZ as the executor and administrator of this Last Will and
Testament and all of my other real and personal properties even if not mentioned in this document, and in
her incapacity, I name and designate _____________________________________ as her substitute.

VI. I hereby direct that the executor and administrator of this Last Will and Testament or his substitute
need not present any bond;

VII. I hereby revoke, set aside and annul any and all of my other will or testamentary dispositions that I
have made, executed, signed or published preceding this Last Will and Testament as far as it is
inconsistent with this document.
