7 days IFC & 23 days IBC

DAMAGE/LOSS IN TRANSIT-INSURANCE :
The delivery being Ex-works, the supplier has no responsibility for loss or damage the goods beyond the point of delivery nor
shall be under any obligation to give the purchaser further notice, statutory or otherwise, that he accepts no responsibility. Any
repairs or replacements to make good the loss or damage beyond the point of contractual delivery will be made by the supplier

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION :

The order acceptance shall be governed by the laws of India for the time being in force and shall be deemed to have been
conculded in the State of Haryana, Hisar and all suits and proceedings shall be adopted only in the courts of competent
jursidiction within Hisar, Haryana.

ARBITRATION :
Any disputes or differences arising between the parties out of or relating to construction, meaning and operating or effect to
this offer or breach thereof or the rights and liabilities of the parties hereunder shall unless settled amicably be referred to
arbitration in accordance with the arbitration Act 1940 or any statutory modification or reenactment thereof for the time being
in force, the venue of such arbitration shall be Hisar, Haryana.

FORCE MAJEURE :
The supplier shall be under no liability if he is prevented from carrying out any of his obligations by reasons of war, invasion,
act of foreign enemy, hostilities (whether war be declared or not), riots, civil, commotion, labour disturbances, strikes,
lockouts, mutiny, insurrection, rebellion, revolution, accidents, earthquakes, fires, floods, Government Orders and/or
restrictions, delay or inability to obtain materials due to import or other statutory restrictions, lack of space,
Interruptions/restrictions on power supply, damage to plant, machinery or equipment or any other cause beyond the reasonable
control of the supplier.

PRODUCT LIABILITY :
In no event JSL LTD. shall be liable of any special, consequential, incidental or penal damages including, but no limited to ,
loss of profit or revenue, cost of substitute products etc or claims of original buyers for such damages.

QUALITY ISSUES :

Company will address only those quality complaints which are lodged within timeline as under:

1. Surface/ Shape Related - Max. within 4 months from the date of Invoice.
2. Wrong Order Booking/ Wrong Allocation Related - Max. within 4 months from the date of Invoice.
3. Packing/ Transit Related - All issues of damaged packing/ transit damage/ wet material/ water stains/ rust to be reported
immediately upon receipt of material. Apart from these cases, time frame will be 3 months
4. Metallurgical/ Mechanical properties Related - Max. within 12 months from the date of Invoice.
