RE: H1B1 Temporary Worker Visa Application

PETITIONER: AOG Resources, LLC
BENEFICIARY: Jorge Francisco Poffart Olivares

Dear Sir or Madam,

Please grant the H1B1 Temporary Worker Visa for Jorge Francisco Poffart Olivares.
(Mr. Poffart Olivares) so that he may work on a temporary full-time basis with AOG Resources,
LLC as an Aircraft Technician.

AOG Resources, LLC (AOG) was incorporated in 2012. For the past 12 years we have provided
clients with aircraft engineering, aircraft maintenance, and avionics services throughout the
United States.

As we are in an extremely competitive business, the success and profitability of our company
depends in part on our ability to provide clients with excellent aircraft engineering capabilities.
Our clients rely on our ability to provide accurate and up to date service. Our focus is to provide
safe and reliable services regarding aircraft maintenance. If granted the H1B1 visa, Mr. Poffart
Olivares will be expected to work out of our office located at 5300 NW 36 Street Miami, FL
33166.

Nature of the specific duties so specialized and complex that knowledge required to
perform the duties is usually associated with the attainment of degree. See 8 CFR Section
214.2 (h)(4)(iii)(A).
In that regard pursuant to Matter of Michael Hertz Assoc., 19 I&N Dec. 558 (Comm. 1988), we
present to your office that tasks, demands, duties and actual requirements of available Aircraft
Technologies Engineer position.

Mr. Poffart Olivares will be expected to maintain, diagnose, inspect, adjust and repair or
overhaul aircraft structures and assemblies. This includes maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic,
oxygen, fuel, and electrical systems, gaskets, seals, aircraft sheet metal and composite material
exterior surfaces associated with aircraft. Mr. Poffart Olivares will also be expected to test the
aircraft to ensure reliability and safety. This includes analyzing structural design, stimulating
engine operation, generating part specifications, and ensuring efficiency of the maintenance
process.

To properly perform these specific duties, the position requires knowledge, both theoretical and
applied, from studies in Aircraft Technology from an institution of higher learning or equivalent
work experience in the field. More importantly, the enumerated duties require specific courses
found in studying Aircraft Technology or required hours accumulating work experience in the
field of Aircraft Maintenance and directly apply towards ensuring the safety and reliability of
aircraft and maintenance.

As our employee, Mr. Poffart Olivares will be responsible for examining airframe and
components, and directing, performing, and providing technical assistance for aircraft systems,
while applying knowledge of aircraft systems, structures, company specifications and FAA
inspection procedures and specifications. He will also conduct investigations and technical
evaluations to determine the sources of structural problems including corrosion damage, metal
treatment, alodining procedures, and dissimilar metal protection. Further he will continue to
prepare structural repair layouts, properly perform cut-outs of damaged areas, and work on
S.R.M repairs, blueprints, S.B.’s and A.D notes and engineering work orders. He will also
examine structures and related components and equipment to ensure that workmanship and
materials conform to Civil Air Regulations, specifications, and manual procedures, and conduct
investigations to determine quality control, and adherence to detailed and definitive maintenance
and repair procedures for specific aircraft types.

These duties are clearly specialized and complex as they pertain to specific aircraft technology
and require a clear understanding of the engineering principles behind aircraft technology.

Mr. Poffart Olivares is extremely well qualified to fill the available position as he has worked in
the aviation field for 12 years and has worked in the field of aircraft maintenance technology,
gaining experience across a range of installation, maintenance, testing, and repair activities. He
was essentially responsible for detecting existing or prospective problems (at a structural and
integral level), designing, and implementing creative technical solutions to structural problems.
We are offering Mr. Poffart Olivares a temporary, full-time employment hourly wage of $25.30
based on the approved labor condition application from the US Department of Labor (USDOL).
See certified Labor Condition Application from USDOL. His temporary services are required
until March 6, 2026, and he will be employed working out of our office located at 5300 NW 36
Street Miami, Florida 33166.

Thank you for your time and consideration to this H1B1 visa request. Please contact us at

Sincerely,

Brad Serkin
