FOOD PANTRY
The Vineyard Ministries monthly work day is
scheduled for Saturday February 17th from 9 am
until noon. We will be sorting, stocking, packing,
loading and delivering food to people who are
unable to get to the pantry. We hope you can join
us and help!

begin March 14, 2024 at Ss. Columba-Brigid.
PRAYER PARTNERS
Lent is just around the corner! February 14th is Ash
Wednesday. That means it is sign-up time for prayer
partners. We hope you will participate this year as we
unite as a Family of Parishes. Signup sheets are avail-
able in each church. In these chaotic times we need
more prayers and faith than ever!
Praying for another in need is one of the spiritual
works of mercy. If you haven’t experienced being a prayer part-
ner yet, we hope you will join this year. During the Lenten season
you will be given a name of someone from within the participat-
ing parishes to pray for during Lent and the Easter season and that
person will have your name. Phone numbers will be provided
only if you wish to contact your prayer partner which would be a
good thing to do.
Also “Pope Francis asks us to pray for the start of a Year of Pray-
er in preparation for the Catholic Church’s 2025 Jubilee Year.
We can include this in our prayer together!
LIFE IN THE EUCHARIST
Life in the Eucharist is coming to Family 21 beginning February
15, 2024. This five-week Lenten Retreat will take place at Ss.
Columba-Brigid. Take some time during Lent to reflect on the
gift of God himself in the Eucharist. Presentations and witness
talks will be given by current and former members of Family
21. There will be plenty of time for table conversation and shar-
ing. A simple meal is served every week. To make it easier for
parents, our children’s Faith Formation and Sacramental Pro-
grams were moved to Ss. Columba-Brigid and they will be held
during the same time frame.
RONALD MCDONALD HOUSE FUNDRAISER
The Holy Name Men of St. Martin de Porres are collecting pull
tabs from soft drink cans for the Ronald McDonald House. This
charity supports families during health crises of their chil-
dren. Place the tabs in the collection box at the church entrance.
