Extreme sports
• Extreme sports are really exciting and risky activities that involve a lot of danger and energy. These sports, like
snowboarding or skateboarding, push people to do things that are usually considered very daring. People who do
extreme sports often enjoy the thrill and excitement of taking on challenges that are outside the usual limits of regular
sports.

Water sports

• Jet Skiing: Jet skiing is a high-speed water entertainment that is popular


around the world as both a recreational activity and a competitive kind of
sport.

• Wakeboarding: Wakeboarding is an extreme sport performed on


water. The rider is fastened to a board and towed behind a motorboat at
speeds of around 50 km per hour.

• Free Diving: Free diving basically means diving without any scuba
equipment. The whole aim is to dive for as deep or as long as possible on a
single breath.
Air sports
Skydiving:
Skydiving is like jumping from a plane, feeling the wild rush of free fall, then
pulling a parachute for a safe descent. It's an epic thrill, offering a taste of
freedom and adrenaline with stunning views as you soar through the sky.

Wingsuit Flying:
Suit up, jump high, fly like a bird, land safely. It's the ultimate adrenaline rush.

Paragliding:
Paragliding is like floating on air. You launch from a hill with a parachute-like wing,
catching the wind to soar and gently descend. It's a serene and thrilling
adventure, offering a bird's-eye view of the world below.
Land sports
• Mountain Biking: Mountain biking or MTB is an off-road bicycle racing sport that is usually
set on rough terrain like mountain, desert, or rocks with specially designed mountain bikes.

• Motocross: Motocross or "MX" is a dirt-bike racing sport which riders compete on off-road
courses like gravel, mud, or grassy roads.

• Parkour: One of the most popular urban sports in the world, parkour is an action-packed sport
where balance and power are used together to challenge gravity.
