(1) Working with OpenOffice.org Calc

Objective: To enhance the skills of using OpenOffice Calc.

• Create a table in OpenOffice calc, which store the marks of UT 4
of each subject of 10 students with their roll number and name.
• Calculate the total marks and percentage.
• Calculate the grade of each student, by using appropriate
formula using if().

• Display the appropriate remarks based on the given criteria –

>= 80 Excellent
>= 60 Very Good
>= 40 Good
Otherwise Need to work hard
 • Display the Name of students having highest score in each
subject.
• Create a Bar Graph to show the performance of each student
graphically.

(2) Working with Python

Objective: To enhance the skills of programming.

a) Write a Python Program to Calculate Sum and average of three

numbers.
b) Write a Python program to input value of Principal, Rate and Time.
Calculate and display the Simple and Compound Interest.
c) Write a python program, to input the radius of circle. Calculate
and display the area and circumference of circle.
d) Write a python program, to input the base and height of triangle.
Calculate and display the area of triangle.
e) Write a python program, to input the distance in KM. Calculate
and display the distance in Meter, Centimeter, and Inch.
