    Working hours 8:00 am to 04:07 pm. 5-minute break at 10 o'clock and 15 minutes at 1:00 pm.

    SUBCONTRACTOR: Builder Choice Co.:


    1 Project Manager

    10 Carpenters

    INSPECTIONS: inspection today about concrete quality.

    ACTIVITIES: Concrete pouring in wall forms, beam forms, taking off plumbing pipes

    The weather: Windy Cloudy day, and cold.

    I arrived at 7:27 am

    7:20 am Ten carpenters came in, ready to work.

    10:39 The first concrete truck arrived. Four concrete trucks, 40 cubic yards in total.
    The plumbers took out the pipes through the walls. This is a change, the pipes will be outside of the concrete
    walls.

    12:21 am Michael Ritvo was visiting us at the site


    12:41 pm Officer Carrasco arrived to give us a ticket warming because the trucks were stopped on one of the
    street lanes.
    Concrete pouring test by Nutting Engineering.
    Eng. Roberto arrived with some engineer friends.

    Completing the rebars and wall forms.


    3:57 pm The workers finished

    4:02 pm Everybody left

    4:07 I left the site
