    Daily Report Monday 02/05/2024 by Julio Quintero

    Working hours 8:00 am to 04:30 pm. 5-minute break at 10 o'clock and 35 minutes at 1:10 pm.

    SUBCONTRACTOR: Builder Choice Co.:


    1 Project Manager

    10 Carpenters

    1 excavator operator

    INSPECTIONS: No inspection today

    ACTIVITIES: wall forms, beam forms, plumbing pipes

    The weather: Cloudy day, cold and light rain.

    I arrived at 7:32 am

    7:10 am Ten carpenters came in, ready to work, and one excavator operator.
    7:27 The first dirt truck arrived to take the dirt out. Fifteen trucks were loaded today.

    The plumbers installed some pipe passes through the walls.


    Eng. Mario was talking with the guy who is going to drill or cut the pond to install the drain.

    Completing the wall forms.


    Beam forms.

    4:25 pm The workers finished

    4:32 pm Everybody left

    4:37 I left the site

    Tomorrow a concrete pouring has been scheduled.
