Walmart containers are cntrs that are delivered to its respective Walmart locations as below:

We are responsible for scheduling delivery appt 2 weeks in advance upon receiving the Order from
customers.

Follow below guidelines in operating Walmart containers;

1 1. Schedule a Delivery Appt 2 weeks in advance upon received of order.


What information you need for scheduling?

1 2. Request BOL from Sales Support

NOTE: BOL will be prepared by Sales Support . You’ll find all information you need in
securing the delivery appt from BOL (PO# & Case Quantity)
Sales support will need the delivery ref# from you. After scheduling, give the delivery
ref# so they can write it on this BOL

Please note to send the screenshot of secured delivery appointment to customer, trucker and
1 4. whs, while send BOL with delivery ref# on it to trucker and whs (Walmart)

5. Send DO to Trucker upon receive of order . Check system memo for recommended truckers; If
you have the screenshot of scheduled delivery appointment and BOL ready, you can attached it to
the email when sending DO.
Please note: [BOL should have delivery ref# on it, once delivery appt has been scheduled, send
to Sales support the cntr delivery ref# to input in the BOL]

6. Send Predel appt to Walmart. You can attached the BOL and Screenshot of delivery appt upon
sending PRE DELIVERY APPOINTMENT if its ready.

Please keep track of the cntr’s arrival, as you need to reschedule the delivery appointment if
7. needed. Update customer, trucker and whs if any changes on delivery schedule has been made.

Once container is available, please have the container drop same day after pick up if possible.
8. Walmart receives drop containers 24 hours . Don’t forget to update customer for the secured pick
7.\8. up and delivery appointment. Notify customer once cntr has been successfully drop.

Once drop, please inform Walmart via email that container was drop and advised us on its empty
status. Walmart has usually 48hours to work on emptying the container. However, you can send
9. reminder so you’ll be notify asap once cntr is emptied.

Arranged empty pick up and return with trucker, once whs notified its empty and ready for pick
10. up. Please don’t forget to update customer once cntr has been empty returned.
