Upon reception of the protocols, the reviewer conducted a review. The results, then, were
for comments and suggestions. These results are emailed to the investigators with labels of
“Approved for Implementation” with compliance and “Cannot be Approved for
Implementation due major ethical issues. Once the compliance is done, the Certificate of
Approval is granted to them.
