EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 3

Series of 2024

“Resolution adopting the Internal Rules of Procedure of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Bayabat,
Amulung Cagayan.”

WHEREAS, R.A. 7160, provides that the Local Sangguniang shall adopt an Internal Rules of Procedures to govern the
action of the members during session and its proceeding on their daily activities.

WHEREAS, the new set of the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Bayabat, Amulung , Cagayan has adopted the old
Internal Rules of Procedure of the Sanggunian.

NOW THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the Barangay Officials that.

BE IT RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of , Barangay Bayabat, Amulung, Cagayan to adopt this Internal
Rules or Procedure.

RULE I
ABSENT DURING THE OFFICER OF THE DAY

I. The regular officer of the day should once a week and with a proper uniform.
II. The officer of the day arrived at exactly 7:30 o’clock am goes home at 11:30 o’clock noon arrives at 1:00 o’clock p.m.
and departure at 5:00 o’clock pm
III. When the member is absent he/she may be able to exchange duty.

SECTION 1. Regular session should twice a month while emergency or special session can be called as the need arises.

The schedule of regular session is every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month, at exactly 9:00 o’clock in the

morning.

RULE II
ORDER OF BUSINESS/AGENDA

SECTION 2. Order of Business/ Agenda: - The order of business or agenda of the meeting shall be as follows:

I. Call to Order
II. National Anthem and Invocation
III. Roll call(optional)
IV. Reading and consideration approval of the previous minutes.
V. Business of the day / Agenda
VI. Other matters
VII. Adjournment

SECTION 3. DECORUM
A. During debates, everyone should avoid personal issues.
B. Officials title should be use in referring to any member.
C. Kagawad and others officer should always address the presiding officer Mr. Chairman.
D. No member should walkout when session is in progress.
E. Any member who shall fail to observe rules shall be declared out of order and be compelled to take his seat.
F. All member should be in proper uniform.

SECTION 4. ALL NGO’S (TANOD, BHW, BNS) are required to attend session but not allowed to participate in the
deliberation except when they are called.

This INTERNAL RULES OF PROCEDURES shall take effect on the date of its adoption.
