panels, all led by talented Black professionals in the L&D industry. The Learning Exchange highlights Black
excellence in our industry and allows us to connect with industry-adjacent professionals. As the Community
Architect, I work closely with stakeholders to design, plan, and execute efective learning exchange programs that
align with Black in L&D and Growductive Consulting's goals. My focus areas are in sponsorship and hosting
platform support.
