iv) RULES, REGULATION AND PROCEDURES.

Following rules, regulations & procedures should be observed in hiring of the


buildings:-

a. Prior administrative approval of the competent authority is a prerequisite in the

h. As per revised DOP -2017 sanction letter for consecutive payment for six months shall
be submitted to HQ for payment at least one month prior to due date.
i. Cases for administrative approval for hiring / de-hiring and extension shall be sent at
least two months prior its expiry of lease agreement to Head quarter.

(ii) The opinion of the lessee that the premises or part thereof have
become unfit for further tenancy shall be final.

(iii) Building/Premises could be get vacated by the Lessor OR vacated by


the Lessee before completion of lease period by serving one month
notice in advance.

damaged, the lease shall be terminable on the part of the lessee by 30
