    salary increase. _______ is one of our best employee. He is capable of doing the work needed at his own
    initiative based on his own technique and skills and can work independently on every aspect of the
    assigned job. Aside from being a mechanic, he is flexible to do any job and always willing to learn. He
    sometimes assigned as truck driver or Generator operator, wherever he is needed, and is very much
    willing to work overtime and has a good attendance.
