Mode of Work - Work from Office

Qualification - Any

Age - 18 - 28 Years

CTC - 6.5 LPA

1. Fixed CTC- 4.5 LPA (In-hand after deductions - 30,042 Rs/Month)


2. Variables & Incentive - 2 LPA

Other Perks -

2. Uncapped Incentive but our average associate earns 15-20K/month (Weekly
incentive settlement)

Requirements:

● Minimum of 6 months experience in Ed-tech industry in sales (B2C) or minimum 1


year of experience in any other Sales industry (B2C)
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
● Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
● Knowledge of the industry and market trends
