2G Robotics:
Designing a Compensation Plan that Pays Off

2G Robotics is an engineering firm founded by Jason Gilham. They are primarily concerned
with improving and selling underwater scanning solutions and technologies in the market. 2G
Robotics is succesfull company . However, Jason's employees Lin is requested from Jason to increase
his salary. Jason is concerned that his big-budget competitors would steal Jason's staff. As a result,
Jason would like to make a plan for obtaining equitable compensation increases for his employees.

2G Robotics is a good place to work. At first glance, 2G Robotics appears to be a good site to
learn and teach underwater scanning engineering. If R&D is a priority for the employee, 2G Robotics
could be a fantastic location to work. However, if compensation is a priority for an employee, 2G
Robotics may not be a good location to work because 2G Robotics has experienced issues with salary
increases. From my perspective, Jason, is well aware that he has primarily managerial responsibilities
for his employees and he is focused on them. Also, he sees the opportunity to improve on the fairly
salary increase system and intends to build it. As a result, 2G Robotics is a good place to work.
