DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED, made and executed in the City of Catbalogan, Province of Samar, by
and between-

AGUILAR, ALFREDO V., of legal age, single, Filipino, and with residence at
Poblacion 5, Catbalogan City, Samar, hereinafter called the VENDOR

- and-
RAYMUNDO A. ABIERTAS , of legal age, married, Filipino, and with residence at
Block 8, Lot 9, Peerless Subd. Tacloban, Catbalogan City, Samar, hereinafter called the
VENDEE

WITNESSETH:

THAT FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THIRTY THOUSAND PESOS

(P30,000.00), Philippine Currency, the VENDOR hereby sells, transfers, and conveys
unto the VENDEE, her heirs, and assigns, that motor vehicle with Certificate of
Registration (CR) No.453875516 issued on September 05, 2022, and Official Receipt
(OR) No. 2263623272, issued on 05 September 2022 and more particularly described
as follows:

That the VENDOR warrants unto the said VENDEE full ownership over the motor
vehicle, “as is, where is,” above-mentioned free from all liens and encumbrances..

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands this 3 rd day of
January 2024 at Catbalogan City.
