AFFIDAVIT

I, Alejandro Olaje Jr. , of legal age, single, resident of sea wall, Brgy.03,
Catbalogan City, hereby depose and state THAT:

1. I personally know Mario Bofill for roughly 4 years now. He was my neighbor for 3
years since he resided here in Catbalogan City. I even helped him apply to the AFP;

2. On August 09 2017, Juliena Espadero Bolito visited his brother who was an AFP
applicant and currently renting at my boarding house that time. I purposely
introduced Mario Bofill to Juliena E. Bolito at that moment knowing the fact the
they are both single. Juliena was then a cashier at Novo Calbayog. During the time
she was still working there, Mario Bofill consistently courted her and eventually
their relationship became official;

3. Juliena was transferred here in NOVO Catbalogan and rented in my boarding

house. I have seen that the couple was having a stable relationship. When Mario
got re-enlisted in the AFP during January to February, he consistently visited and
sleep in Juliena's room in my boarding house. The two was inseparable;

4. Juliena went home to Villareal due to the lockdown caused by the Pandemic. She
was able to comeback at the boarding house only on May 20 2020, at the very
moment I noticed that there was a physical change in Juliena and I then, suspected
her of being pregnant;

5. I have not seen this couple fight with each other. However, during the lockdown
Mario went home from at least twice and I noticed that there is something off
between the two;

6. Last June 6 2020, Mario Bofill visited at the boarding and was asking for apology
to Juliena. As far as I know, Mario Bofill promised to marry Juliena when he
found out that the latter was pregnant. However, after several days he said he
would only support the child and he does not want to be married to Juliena.
Thereafter, Juliena told me that Mario was having an affair and much worse, got
another woman pregnant;

7. I executed this affidavit to attest the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
