Fire Drill Scenario: Fire in Laboratory Office Building

Lab technician was discovered a fire inside laboratory office. Following the fire was thick smoke emanated
from the stock materials (box full of file papers, lab equipment and cable wires). Within seconds, the whole
office was totally black out due to thick smoke from the fire. Panicking and shouting workers are likewise
heard. All staffs and site workers must be evacuated immediately.

Comments: The drill went on smoothly, as expected, with the full co-operation of Plant Management team,
engineers, administrator, secretary and all concerned workers with a total head count of 35 which was
accounted in 5 minutes.
