How to prepare this Resource:
 This freebie includes 5 Problems of the Day. Each paper has 8 copies of the same
problem on it. Print as many as you need and cut them out. They are not numbered so
that you can use them in any order to fit the needs of your classroom. If you would
like, you can number the originals before you copy them. The students can glue them
(one at a time) into a spiral notebook or composition book and solve the problem.

 I have also included an individual (larger) copy of each problem that can be used under
a document camera or projected on to a white board and used to review the problem
with the whole class.

 Once the students have completed the problem, review it. It is a great opportunity
for the students to share the different strategies they used to solve the problem.

Print, cut, and clip the Students can personalize

problems together ahead of the front of their
time. Then just grab the Problem of the Day
problem you would like for Notebook.
your students to complete.
