As part of the CHED Memorandum Order No. 30, Article V. Sec.13 which states that “Field
study courses are intended to provide students with practical learning experiences in which they
observe, verify, and reflect on, in actual school settings. The experience will begin with field
study observation and gradually intensify until students undertake practice teaching.

In line with this one of the requirements to finish the degree Bachelor of Secondary Education
major in English, our students are required to have an observation with the respective schools
of their choice as part of their partial fulfilment for the subject EDFOS4 (Exploring the
Curriculum).

In connection to this, we would like to request your good office to please allow them to have
their observation with your school. We believe that you have the facilities that can provide our
students the necessary experience needed to become efficient teachers in the future.
