ABOUT ME
I am graduated from University Brawijaya
majoring in Sociology. I have interest
pertaining to human resources since in my
freshman college year, it is why I participated
in several human resources courses and got
human resources certifications. I am looking

accomplish Human Resources 101 of Hari Senin
Career Camp event curated by Harisenin.com
bootcamp. Performed in teamwork with fellow
participants. The assignment objectives was to
created and designed the hiring process and
recruitment flow.

In this event, our team for this project was


proposed for the recruitment flow of hiring UI/UX
(Web Designer) for entry level.

Using gamification as a strategy of recruitment test in a form
of game by demonstrating related tools for UI/UX and
performs to distinguish the programming languages such as
HTML5, CSS3.

The outcomes of this method would be to easily evaluates


the entry-level candidates and gives a recruiter perspective of
"Accomplished = Highly motivated candidates" and assessed
to be reduce the dropouts from 29% to 8% attrition rates..
