DELIVERY TO BINANGONAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF SUPPLIES FOR
TEACHER AND SCHOOL PERSONNEL

WHEREAS, the MAHABANG PARANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL invited interested parties and
posted Request for Quotation in the amount of P64,000 for SUPPLY AND DELIVERY TO MAHABANG
PARANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF SUPPLIES FOR TEACHER AND SCHOOL PERSONNEL in
PhilGEPS, school website / facebook account, and conspicuous place at the premises of the
MAHABANG PARANG ELEMENTARY SCHOOL;

WHEREAS, the BAC received quotation from TWO (2) prospective suppliers in response to the
said posting on JANUARY 17, 2024;

WHEREAS, the quotation of the suppliers were found to be substantially complying:

WHEREAS, as a result of opening of bid quotation ZHIWEI GENERAL MERCHANDISE

TRADING was declared the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Quotation;

WHEREAS, upon careful examination, validation and verification of all the eligibility, technical
and financial requirements submitted by ZHIWEI GENERAL MERCHANDISE with the Lowest
Calculated and Responsive Quotation, its bid has been found to be responsive;

NOW, THEREFORE, We, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby RESOLVE
as it is hereby RESOLVED;

a) To declare ZHIWEI GENERAL MERCHANDISE as the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated
and Responsive Quotation for the SUPPLY AND DELIVERY TO MAHABANG PARANG
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL OF SUPPLIES FOR TEACHER AND SCHOOL PERSONNEL

b) To recommend for award of the said contract in the evaluated amount of Php 41 926 (Forty One
Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Six)

c) To recommend for approval by the Head of Procuring Entity of the MAHABANG PARANG
ELEMENTARY SCHOOL the foregoing findings.

RESOLVED, at the DUGAY RD. MAHABANG PARANG, BINANGONAN RIZAL, this 23rd day of
January 2024.
