School BAC Chairman ALEJANDRO C. CAPANGPANGAN, acknowledged the presence of

the member of the School BAC at NANAN NHS Library and called to order of the meeting for the
opening of bids submitted by the following interested suppliers:

1. DATOY EDUCATIONAL SUPPLY & ENTERPRISE
2. MRC
3. IMELDA PRINTING PRESS

for the purchase of office supplies to be used by the Nanan NHS.

After thorough review and evaluation of the bids submitted, the committee declares DATOY
EDUCATIONAL SUPPLY & ENTERPRISES as the winning bidder.

The meeting adjourned at 11:00 A.M.

BAC RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, an opening of bids was conducted on October 8, 2018, at NANAN NHS

Library by the Chair & Members of the School Bids & Awards Committee;

WHEREAS, a careful evaluation of the bids was done as offered by the following bidders with
their corresponding bids:

2. MRC MERCHANDISE Php 23,592.00
3. IMELDA PRINTING PRESS Php 24,057.00

WHEREAS, the SCHOOL BAC found DATOY EDUCATIONAL SUPPLY & ENTERPRISES as the
lowest bidder for the purchase of office supplies to be used by NANAN NHS;

Wherefore, RESOLVED as it is hereby RESOLVED to declare DATOY EDUCATIONAL SUPPLY &

ENTERPRISES. As having bid the lowest in all items and mode of procurement is REQUEST FOR
QUOTATION.
