Survey extent and result

Survey extent:
In attendance to "Tecnolite Construções e Montagens Ltda." request, the surveyor attended the survey scheduled for
2023-11-09 to perform weld visual inspection of accommodation modules intended for P-58.

Reference Documentation:

Scope of Work:
• Perform weld visual examination on modules MDA 1103 and 1107;
• Verification of welder certificates (spot check);
• Verification of welding consumable certificates (spot check).

Survey result:
• The verification of the above items was considered satisfactory.
