During our inspection, it has been noticed that Surface

preparation activities for road gullies/manholes RG-02 to RG-
08 are complete without raising inspection request on
rectification works also; quality of concrete repair is not
acceptable.

Recommendations:

Subcontractor is hereby instructed to strictly comply with the project requirements.

Employer observed that surface preparation activities for road gullies/manholes RG-02 to RG-08 are
complete without raising inspection request on rectification works also; quality of concrete repair is
not acceptable.

Requirements: Contractor shall ensure rectification shall conform to approve MS for Concrete
Repair and surface preparation carried out correctly. Submit inspection request to ADPORTS
(Quality Engineer) for verification of works.
