Turbotak Atomizing Nozzles

Turbotak Atomizing Nozzles finely atomize water, high viscosity liquids, and
slurries by means of compressed air or steam. Droplet sizes are accurately con-
trolled by adjusting gas and liquid flows, and operating pressure.
The patented nozzles are particularly resistant to abrasion and plugging, and
relatively insensitive to the physical properties of the material sprayed.
Specified to match the application, Turbotak Atomizing Nozzles are available in
any suitable material of construction, including 316L stainless, hardened steel,
Hastelloy, ceramics, stellite, thermoplastics and other machinable materials.
Applications include gas cooling and conditioning, particulate scrubbing, gas
absorption, spray drying, waste fuel combustion, and dust suppression.
