    What it means to be a Master Guide and Why I want to become a Master Guide

    In my understanding, to be a Master Guide means to be a servant of God in helping His


    children by leading and guiding them into the right part. This is also meant to spread His good
    news by serving through various activities such as actively participating in community service,
    outreaching, helping in churches, and being a sample of Christ by living a life with His character.
    Being ready to go and serve anywhere He sends is also another fact of being a Master Guide
    where committed to serving with whole heart is necessary.

    I was born and raised in an Adventist campus where my parents served as teachers in the
    university, so to become a Master Guide was just a normal process for me because I was in the
    Pathfinder club since I was in my elementary. The thoughts and plan of taking Master Guide
    changed when our family needed to leave the country. When I think about how God has been
    good to me and how He has been guiding me through hardships and challenges, I want to give
    myself back to Him through serving Him not because it is just an activity to be done as a child of
    Adventist teachers. The thought of how to serve Him effectively came deep to my mind and then
    I started deciding to take Master Guide training and as a business Human Resource Management
    student, I think this is one of the most relevant Adventist training for me that can enhance my
    skills and knowledge to become a good Christian future Human Resource personnel. With the
    knowledge I gain from Master Guide training, I believe that I will become a person who live a
    life that reflects His love and kindness anywhere in my near future or in career where I will know
    how to serve others more by not being a boss but being a humble and understanding person
    towards my colleagues and workers. Hopefully I am expected to graduate in 2024 therefore I
    believe to become a true servant of God, serving others in the job settings He will sends.

    Therefore, I decided to take Master Guide and become an invested Master Guide in 2024.
