Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

I am writing this letter to express my sincerest apologies for missing our meeting
this morning. It was a mistake on my part and I really apologize for any inconvenience
it has caused you. I wasn’t able to attend because I accompany my sister at ZMI
Hospital for the Hexavalent Vaccine of my 1-month-old nephew. There was no one
available in the family to accompany her that’s why I was forced to be with her. I didn’t
realize it will coincide with our scheduled meeting.

Thank you for your understanding and please let me know if there is anything
else that can be done to make up for my absence.
