REFLECTION VIHANT

As the group leader of group 2, I am proud of our progress in


promoting green meals. Our team has worked diligently to
research and develop sustainable food options that are both
healthy and environmentally friendly. Through our efforts, we
have successfully organised several events that have raised
awareness about the importance of green meals and encouraged
individuals to adopt more sustainable food habits. As we continue
our work in this area, I am committed to fostering a collaborative
and supportive team environment that empowers each member
to contribute their unique skills and perspectives. By working
together towards our shared goal of promoting green meals, we
can make a meaningful impact on our communities' environment
and health.

One major challenge has been managing conflicting ideas and


opinions within the group. It has been essential to listen actively,
respect each member's perspective, and facilitate open and
constructive dialogue. I have also had to ensure that everyone's
contributions are valued and that each member clearly
understands their roles and responsibilities.

Overall, working as a group leader has been a valuable learning


experience, both personally and professionally. It has taught me
the importance of effective communication skills, green meals
and active listening techniques. It has also reinforced the
importance of adaptability and flexibility in leadership roles. I am
grateful for the opportunity to have worked with such a talented
and diverse group of individuals, and I look forward to continuing
to learn and grow alongside them.
