WEB DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL

Dear Ms. Mandap,

I’m pleased to submit my proposal & scope of work for the web design & development services to be
rendered. Details are as follows:

I. Scope of Work (SOW):

Service Particulars Duration

Content Management Edit, add, and/or post content of the website such 20 hours
as press releases, blog posts, etc.
Page Build-up & Implementation Implement pages such as FAQs, Privacy Policy, etc. 24 hours
Page Speed Optimization Enhance page speed & performance 11 hours
Ad hoc Content Management / Alter or update content as needed; or other 25 hours
Requests (Buffer) requests
TOTAL DURATION 80 HOURS (3 weeks)

II. Project Duration

The total hours to be rendered is eighty (80) manhours for 3 weeks.

• Hours will be spread across and/or is consumable and will be scheduled as mutually agreed
upon by both client & service provider.
• Working schedule will be discussed and finalized upon signing of proposal.

III. Project Cost or Rate/s

Project cost will be a total of PHP 20,000.00 (twenty thousand pesos).

IV. Terms of Payment

Payment schedule of client is as follows:

• Upon signing of contract – 30% of total contract price (PHP 6,000.00) (nonrefundable)
• Delivery of Website Draft – 50% of total contract price (PHP 10,000.00)
• Upon completion and acceptance of the Website 20% of total contract price (PHP 4,000.00)
• Any additional modification request outside the scope of work will be subject for an hourly rate
of 6USD per hour

V. Attendance and Work Progress

Tracking of attendance and work progress will be discussed and finalized upon signing of proposal.
Client may request log in & out via WhatsApp, and track projects/work via live Google sheets or other
developmental tools.

Should you find this proposal acceptable, I would appreciate receiving a duly signed copy of this
proposal.
