able to attend her class last Friday dated October 12-13,2023 because she went to CVMC Animal
Bite Center for her 2nd schedule anti-rabies vaccine and in the next morning from suffered from
severe headache and fever . With this regard, I am asking your good office to excuse her from
class and be admitted.
