 BIOGRAPHICAL DATA

I am BABY G. CATAGGATAN, born in Cabagan, Isabela,

Philippines, on October 18, 2000. I live with my parents and
currently reside in San Antonio, Cabagan, Isabela.

I obtained my primary education at Candanum Elementary School

in 2012. I completed my Senior High School at Delfin Albano
High School - San Juan Annex in San Juan Cabagan, Isabela, and
I am part of the pioneer students of the K to 12 curriculum
graduates at Sto. Tomas National High School in 2019.

In June 2019, I enrolled in the Undergraduate Program,

Bachelor of Science in Information Technology at Isabela State
University - Cabagan Campus.

 ACKNOWLEDGMENT

First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to

the people behind my successful experience here at the Isabela
Police Provincial Office, who made my On-The-Job Training
possible.

I am immensely thankful to my parents for their unwavering

love and support. They have provided for all my financial and
moral needs, and their patience have been invaluable.

I would also like to extend my appreciation to my educational

institution, Isabela State University - Cabagan Campus, where
I have been shaped into the person I am today. Heartfelt
thanks goes to all my professors who have patiently shared
their knowledge, equipping us for a better future.

I am deeply grateful to the Isabela Police Provincial Office

(IPPO) for their support and permission to undergo my On-The-
Job Training with their agency. I would like to thank the
staff of the Police Community Affairs and Development Unit
(PCADU) for their significant role in facilitating my
training. They have imparted their skills, knowledge, and
inspiring advice, while treating us well.

Above all, I want to express my gratitude to our Almighty God

for His immeasurable love and the blessings He has showered
upon me. I thank Him from the depths of my heart for guiding
me during this On-The-Job Training. His provision and wisdom
have been evident throughout, and His comfort has sustained me
during moments of discouragement. Through His grace, I have
been able to complete the training without any conflicts.
